Really great experience, I was wary at first at sending my headphones away via post instead of taking them into a shop but … read more I highly recommend this service. My headphones were tracked the whole time, I had access to a portal where they took photos of my headphones when they arrived so I could see they arrived in good condition. They updated me regularly on the progress and the cost was exactly the same as the quote. I am very happy with my experience. -

Excellent service and very easy to use. I submitted details of the issue / damage to my headphones and was provided with … read more an initial estimate for the repair. Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
Very pleased with the results and workmanship.
