The lens portion of the camera has come loose and no longer responds to the power on and off button. I can still switch it on and off but the lens portion has come loose so it falls in and out by itself, not be the power button control. I think it's because the camera kept switching on when i accidentally nudged against the power button while in my bag and it's jammed and spoilt.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
