Hi,
I have tried updating the firmware for the dash cam to the latest version (http://www.prestigio.com/catalogue/DVRs/RoadRunner_545GPS#/product-support?article=PCDVRR545GPS ) but it does not work. The only way I can now get the dash cam working is if I use the non-gps firmware ( http://www.prestigio.com/catalogue/DVRs/Roadrunner_545#/product-support?article=PCDVRR545 ) but that means I cannot use the gps function on the dash cam. I have contacted Prestigio but they do not have an answer. I believe the firmware download from the prestigio site is the issue but there no other GPS version to fall back on so the only alternative is to use it as non-gps dash cam. Do you have the original firmware for the GPS model?

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
