The console wont let us put discs in and is very noisy sounds like a fan kind of sound, and on the rare occasion we can get a disc in it won't read it and have great trouble trying to get the disc back out, it doesn't read the disks/games. we have no trouble playing games that have been downloaded but still have the loud fan noise.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
