After a small but extremely accurate fall, the R2 button is broken. It doesn't return back to position and the trigger stop can't be put on on that side. It also will no longer allow you to map the buttons using the profile function and the cable has an issue where it loses signal, I'm unsure if that is caused by the cable or the controller.
Razer will not accept warranty on it as it was accidental damage and not manufacturer faults. I really regret buying the controller due to that but I do want it fixed as it is too expensive to just throw out.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
