R2 button/trigger broken.
Snapped off from the controller so it needs replacing. Got it second hand from an eBay seller so Razer warranty is not applicable.I think the L2 and R2 triggers are the same as Xbox One controllers and the Razer Wildcat. I’m not brave enough to pry it open and replace it myself. Need steady hands and knowledge on console controllers.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
