Also the right rumble pack has come off in my terrible attempt at DIY repair.
Jack port also inexplicably dropped out the moment I opened the case. I'm not sure if this ought to be soldered…

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
