after I'm playing a game or using an app for an hour, the xbox crashes and puts me back to the home screen, in the home screen not everything loads (mainly those icons which needs online connection) and I cannot start any app or game, after a couple of minutes the whole system freeze, I shut down my console by holding the power button for a while, and when I'm powering back up two things can happen: 1. it goes back to normal with no problem 2. I have to do a system reset through the troubleshooting page, but either way this will happen again in a few days than I can start everything over
