Gimbal has become slightly disconnected from main body after crashing into a tree. Internals seems ok as it still connected to iphone fine for 2 hours after crash until battery ran out, but might be worth checking anyway.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
