I've been waiting over nine months for DJI to send out a free postage thing for me to send my drone to them. I've just about given up with them. Their drone experts not giving any help and just telling me to 'be patient'. I have a Mavic mini that drifted off into a tree and then into a river, due to no fault of my own, which is why I was eager to send it to DJI. I've been waiting too long and am at the stage where I'm just wanting it fixed. I believe it needs a new motherboard due to water damage. Thank you very much for your time. Calum

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
