I crashed it the other day and had to replace the gimbal cable and mounting plate. Everything seemed fine until I took a video today and noticed jello where it was absolutely stable before.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
