As discussed with your technician my phantom 3 landed on the edge of a jetty and fell about 60cms into the sea on its side.
It was in the sea for approximately 10 seconds before I retrieved it, removed the battery and washed it down with purified water. The leds where still on after I retrieved it.
I had a chat with one of your technicians, who said he would have a look at it and give me an idea of the damage and costs for repair.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
