    Good evening team,

    I am looking to get information regarding the timeline & approximate cost that would be associated with a repair on a DJI Phantom 4 drone. I understand the process may be different to your usual process given the COVID 19 lockdown.

    I have tried to detail the details of my drone and query below:

    Model – DJI Phantom 4
    Damage – plastic mount as part of the yaw motor
    Attachments: I have attached images of the damage to the drone to help you with your diagnosis.
    Location: I am located in the Hungarton area near Leicester

    Functional: The drone is still fully functional, flys in all direction with no issues and the camera is fully operational (including the up/down gimbal which is controllable from the remote). The only issue is that the camera is now squint and no longer effectively shooting smooth video due to the damage to the yaw motor causing it to bounce/vibrate.
