Hello,
I hope you are having a good week so far.
The reason I am contacting you is because I am having a motor issue with my Parrot Bebop 2 drone.
In short, I crashed it into a tree, when it hit the floor it snapped the central cross. It also messed up the motor, but this wasn’t visible at the time. I saw the motor error on the app but I thought that the error could have been caused by the central cross being snapped (due to it being off-balanced or something). I’m not a drone expert, as you may tell!
Anyway I ordered the new central cross and fitted it as instructed, but no luck.
Can I send this off to you to be repaired? 🙂
Do you know roughly how much this will cost?
P.S. The scrolling on your website is completely disabled on Google Chrome. I had to tab through everything to fill out the estimate form so I'd get somebody to look at that as soon as possible 😉
