Hi,
We have only managed to fly this drone once successfully. All went smoothly and it did not crash land, so is not damaged. The second attempt to fly it a few weeks later was not successful. Upon start up only 3 motors kick in. The 4th eventually kicks in when you accelerate. When you decelerate the 4th motor stops, whilst the other 3 keep going. This happens when on a perfectly level surface (I have video if you need). The 4th motor will also start up suddenly if the drone is tilted. A local repair shop (Devizes), suggested that the gyro or accelerometer needs re-calibrating, but there are no instructions with the drone nor on the internet for this. Can you help please?

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
