Dear Sir/Madam,
I purchased some H7 headphones in November 2015. They have worked fine since then however, recently I have been having issues and am unable to put the headphones into pairing mode. They turn on fine but when I try to put them into pairing mode they switch off and when the button switch moves back to the on position they switch back on. Furthermore, due to this I am also unable to reset them to factory settings as they keep switching off.
I have spoken to Beoplay and they aren't offering any repair service or support as the headphones are out of the 2-year warranty period. They also said that it sounds like the button switch is faulty.
Is this something you would be able to diagnose and repair and if so how much would it cost?

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
