I have had these beats by dre headphones since June 2016 and they are my second pair. With both pairs, I have had the same issue. They don't charge anymore and despite using different cables and power ports it doesn't seem to make a difference. When the issue first began I had to move the cup around so that I could find the perfect position to begin charge but now that doesn't even work. To add to this, on the same side as the charging port which I believe to be damaged the speaker has now stopped working. Not sure if it is a related issue.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
