They have a faulty connection as I have to keep twisting the jack to make the audio come out of both buds and it has a little fuzzing noise. The connection is quite bad as there is only one position where the headphones work well, when listening to music when my phone is in my pocket it’s really annoying as the audio is fuzzy and then it gets quieter. Also the remote on the cable no longer works, can not pause, turn vol up or down on the remote.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
