the connects deep into the headband, and something has broken in the headband that connects to the right hinge, when wearing the headphones you can feel a pressure on the right side of your head and also the right speaker is slightly out of position when wearing the headphone changing the sound of the stereo image. The problem is subtle but very noticeable to me and as they are expensive headphones i would like them to be 100%. Fixing the hinge would require opening the headband, and im unsure exactly what broke inside the headband, but whatever it is makes me feel uncomfortable when wearing them, and the right speaker feels less solid on my ear.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
