Wireless 'capsule' has a mini jack which you insert into main headphone frame. This has become lodged in the female connection point/Jackpoint. The cable from inside the wireless capsule is now showing whilst the jack remains lodged rendering the Bose headphones unusable. Tempted to use tweezers to pull out the mini jack but don't want to risk further damage! If you were able to dislodge the mini jack, there is then the issue of fixing back the capsule to the mini jack and making it strong enough to be reinserted so I can still use them wirelessly. Otherwise, just using them with a 'normal' mini jack cable will be still be a decent recovery position.! Please advice. Cannot take photos on this device but if you would like one and I'll use my iPad. Please let me know/email me.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
