I have a QC 20 noise cancelling set of Bose earphones, serial number 426V, that has no sound coming through the left earpiece. When the left earpiece is in I cannot hear the noise cancelling system switch on either. When the wire connected to the bottom of the control switch is manipulated the sound comes through, which leads me to assume there is a problem with the wire connection.

EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
