QuietComfort® 25 Acoustic Noise Cancelling® headphones (non bluetooth). Sound quality is ok, but 3 problems: 1) On head movement right ear crackles and cuts out seems to be worse when noise cancelling turned on 2) On head movement crackling on left but not just as bad 3) the lead itself seems to cut out – the jack that goes into the laptop/iphone end seems to be a bit temperamental, and whilst microphone works fine the forward and back buttons dont work and the play/pause button sporadically works (tbh i thought i would mention the cable but i think that might be a separate issue – in which case i will just buy replacment cable – so please if they are two separate problems just let me know and dont quote for new cable – just want to give you all info you might need to generate accurate quote! thanks
