1. The main problem is that sound only comes through the right hand earpiece; I’m assuming that there is a broken internal lead or connection somewhere. I’ve checked it with other cables and sources and this problem remains.
2. The headband has become very worn – although I don’t believe that this can be repaired. If I can get sound back through both earpieces then that is the most important thing.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
