I suspect there might be a jack problem. The audio when wired is about 30% of the capacity when unwired/connected via bluetooth. At first, I thought my cable went off so I purchased a new cable, but this did not resolve the problem. I've noticed in the side where the jack is, there sounds like a piece is rattling around. Bose doesn't service this for repair (it's very old). Wondering if you might, and what the general estimate could be? Thank you.
