No sound from right ear piece when phone jack is used, intermittently comes and goes when using wireless bluetooth whilst tapping the right ear piece. This has happen before with the left ear piece and also my first Dr De headphones I'm now very disappointed with Dr De headphones although i want these repaired and have no confidence that it they want go wrong again. Are you able to recommend a make that is wireless but has better reliability as the next i would look to purchase a new set but do not want any Dr De headphones ever again. Many Thanks Mike C

EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
