They worked fine for 4 years and then sound ceased to speak out from one ear cup (the right one). I left it down to age and the fact they had lasted so long, despite the small price tag of £10. Recently my earphones, which were practically brand new, broke. My brother pointed out that it may have been an issue with the wire. I returned to my old JVC headphones…they still only half worked. One day though, I was listening to music and the sound briefly came back in both sides, but then went. I was intrigued. I moved my phone out of my pocket and the sound briefly returned. Now I know it was an issue with the wire.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
