      • Hi . Was all working fine then just refused to charge. Headphones still worked fine as did bluetooth and noise cancelling but wouldn't charge. Tried other usb c cables that i know work fine and the charge light doesn't come on. Suspect the port or connections to it have failed. The plug fits positively in the socket and I can't see that there is anything blocking the port.
