      • I have exactly the same issue as someone else has written on your site from 15/08/2017. It reads: "The Headphones Play Alright For 10-20mins And Then Starts To Crackle Which Makes It Unable To Listen Too, This Is Mainly In The Left Speaker I've Bought A New Battery Which Worked Fine For 20mins Then It Started Again?"

        The only difference for me is that it is only the left speaker. I have noticed that if I remove the battery from the headphones and keep them connected by USB for power that they almost work perfectly. They still occasionally crackle. With the battery in they will crackle consistently once the crackling has started. I also noticed, when using the headphones with the battery, once the crackling starts, if i disable the noise cancelling the crackling will stop.
