HI, I need a new jack for my headphones, please. Can you tell me what this would cost?
Alternatively, would you be willing to sell me a diagram of the wires that show which terminal in the jack plug they go? I lopped off the faulty plug before realising that the warranty is three years and not one! I can't get this information from RHA for some reason, and really just need to know what each of the six wires are for. There are four terminals on the plug and six wires, leading to thousands of permutations!
If you could help in any way, I would really appreciate it.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
