Hi There,
The plastic wrap on the wire to the right headphone has perished and is splitting along the length of the wire. Ideally I would like the wire replaced with a rubber coated wire instead of plastic coated wire. All other components working fine. It is strange as the other two sections of wire on the headphone clearly have a rubber wrap on the wires instead of the clearly inferior plastic wrap. Along with the quote I would be grateful if you can comfirm you are able to replace the wire with a rubber coated outer, not plastic coated.Thanks very much!

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
