Last week I literally put my headphones down on a desk, and when I picked them back on, the left side sound had changed to only produce a lower quality tinny sounding audio. The right side is fine. The left and right side are connectide with cable which can be taken out and switched round. I have therefore put the L in the R and vice versa. The same side on the headphones is still producing lower quality, so the problem is not the jack or cable.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
