Hi,
I purchased Sennheiser headphones model HD205 around 2 years ago but I lost the receipt long time ago so I know the warranty won't cover them.
I have a problem with the headphones' jack (the end that gets plugged into the device), it looks like the wires inside keep disconnecting and I have to move the cable into a certain position for them to connect and for the music to be heard correctly. If the cable is in a wrong position the music can still be heard but not very well – in one headphone better than in another and also there is a lot of cracking noise. Please let me know if this can be fixed and what would be the price for the repair.

The damage to be repaired ie a crazed screen was correctly described so the cost of the part and time element would have been available before quoting. Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
