The sound is fine in the left ear but isn't getting across to right ear. Cable from device goes to left ear of headphones then further wire round to other ear. Had previous repair under warranty due to similar problem. Always found slightly poor connection with wire that goes into headphone and twisting that made it better. Now sound gone completely in left ear.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
