I bought this headset from Britsh Airways about 5 years ago and have always had trouble with the jack as it interfaces into the sound supply port on the plane seats. In 2014 I had ir repaired by Sennheiser under warranty, but it still has issues. You have to apply pressure on the jack to get a proper audio in both speakers. I have tried to resubmit to Sennheiser and am nothing but frustrated! Just can't seem to be able to go through their online service as it does not recognize this model! Can you halp?

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
