      • Hi, I have a set of Shure SE535 earphones, and I was replacing a broken cable from them when I realised that the left earpiece was not working so I disconnected the cable on the left earphone and saw that the metal connector in the centre of the earpiece was bent. So I tried to bend it back into place with a needle but it broke off. Therefore I'm wondering if you can replace the MMCX connector and repair the earphone? I contacted Shure and they said that they don't do repairs.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
