    Follow up message. I received an email stating that you can't give you a cost of repair right now as we need to disassemble and diagnose the fault or identify parts required for the repair. I am following up to ask whether you can please try to give me at least a ballpark figure? E.g. £50, £100, £150? I won't hold you to it, but I am trying to establish whether it's worthwhile trying to get the item fixed at all, or whether I should just buy a new set of headphones (given there are discounts for Black Friday). As I noted in the enquiry form, there are two faults, both of which seem to me likely to be common issues: (1) one of the earpiece cushions has come off and so would need to be re-attached (or if that's not possible, replaced). I would have thought this is a relatively common issue, isn't it? (2) the volume up/down button on the side of the headphones, which also pauses the headphones when pressed in, also doesn't work. Again, I would have thought this is a relatively common issue.
