My headset has two modes for accessibility options for audio, a wireless option and a cable option via the audio jack. My headset was working fine, however it fell off my shelf with the wire in the jack. The headset still works with the aux in, however when no wire is inserted the headset will not switch modes back to wireless. The headset automatically detects when the aux cable is removed and will switch over to wireless mode (Indicated by blue light) allowing to use it dynamic sound and options. The headset is fully charged, will charge and will also connect to the PS4 companion app via USB. I have reset both the wireless dongle and headset yet the device will not switch over to wireless. I did get it working briefly by continuously inserting and removing the aux cable into the jack. However once i wanted to use the wire for connection with my mobile, the device refused to exit wired mode once again. Now no matter how many times i insert and remove the cable, the headset will not switch back into wireless mode. Therefore i believe this is just an audio jack issue. I was wondering how much this would cost to repair or if it would be best purchasing a new headset.

Was greeted by a very pleasant and extremely helpful member of staff. He explained what they would do, what I would need to do and if I wanted to go ahead with the repair I could pay in person as he was aware of my computer situation.
On collection I was greeted by Norbert the very pleasant staff member again who handed me the headphones in a protective case. I was absolutely overjoyed. I thought they were beyond being fixed. How wrong could I be. They're definitely as good as new. -

I broke my Bose headphones trying to fit new ear cushions which proved impossible for me to fit. I found Electronic Partners … read more details online and contacted them. They paid for the postage of my headphones to them, assessed the damage and gave me a very reasonable quote to repair them. They fixed the damage and also fitted the ear cushions for me, then returned the headphones in perfect working order. They even offered me a one year warranty for their work which I took out for £10.
All in all a very professional and helpful service and gave me my much loved headphones back with new ear cushions and working perfectly. So much cheaper than buying a new pair. I would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
