The connector on the left ear piece doesn't connect properly; you have to fiddle with it quite a bit before it properly connects and you receive audio output. I've owned them for over 7 years and changed cable numerous times, but this seems to be a problem that a cable change won't fix. Any ideas?

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player. Would definitely recommend EP and would use again where one can repair and reuse perfectly good equipment rather than unnecessarily throw it away. Many thanks EP. -
