    ) The Issue. When using the A29 there is a significant amount of static noise emitted through the speakers. Initially this was only through one speaker and, when I changed the speakers around, the fault transferred to the other speaker. Now, however, I am experiencing the fault from both speakers and, at times, one of the speakers will simply stop working completely.

    I have tried listening via my cd player using the inbuilt dac and the fault is present, I also tried listening via my CXN streamer and the fault remained, I also tried listening to cd using the dac on my streamer and this, also, did not help. I also tried using a different speaker cable and the fault still existed.

    The fault is more noticable when listening to classical piano music although I have observed it on other recordings. Sometimes it can go for periods of time although it always returns. It's both frustrating and annoying.

    The best description I can give you regarding the sound emitted is that it sounds like some sort of interference or static although this is only to give you an impression, I don't know what it is.
    I believe the problem is with the speaker relays.
