The remote control on the above player has ceased to work; so I put new batteries in it – no difference. Then I tested it for emitting signals using my mobile 'phone camera – it appears to work. Then I tried using a universal remote control (there were only 2 codes relating to Arcam products, neither worked (but the codes were old and maybe wrong).So, it appears that it is the receiver in the player that is at fault.
Can you undertake a repair on this unit? If so, can you give me a ball park figure for the cost of that?
