After attempting to replace the headband of the headset, the wire between the left and right speakers were cut. It is no longer connected. It has been cut somewhere around the middle of the headband. In addition to this, the earmuffs require a replacement due to it not ageing very well. The screws that turn the earmuffs in and out have also been stripped, we are no longer able to unscrew it.
We have purchased a new headband included in the package. It would be much appreciated if you were able to apply it for us due to us not having the proper tools to do so.

My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
