The bottom half of the 2-part speaker pole is damaged where it slots into the base amplifier unit. The bottom half "works" in the sense that sound comes out of it. The fault however is that it does not transmit a signal to the top speaker. (The base unit has been checked and is working fine.) A local technician says Bose no longer support this. Clive worked wonders a couple of years ago on a repair no-one else could do. I am hoping you can work your magic on this one too! (Or maybe sell a replacement unit if you have one.) .Thanks in advance.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
