Unit will not accept a charge. When connected to the dock or directly to the 12v adapter, the unit makes a charging tone then immediately a disconnection tone. I have tried a different charger but that didn't work. I replaced the battery with a brand new one and whilst the unit connects to bluetooth and functions normally it still would not accept a charge. This led me to suspect that it is an issue with the 12v socket inside the unit. Bose customer services stated that they would not repair the unit. Really hoping you can help! Thank you.
