The unit has stopped working. The display shows a time and alarm time which flashes every 15 seconds. The unit will not switch on and will not respond to the remote at all. The remote battery is ok. I have 2 remotes. There is a CD in the player which I can't get out. But I'm pretty sure the CD player is ok. The system is about 10 years old.

All postal requirements were sent over and in the event the service was quick and painless and given notification of its safe arrival. As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
