    Unit works and plays music, but after ~20 minutes of being on standby (not playing music) a red light flashes rapidly which eventually turns to a constant white light and the unit becomes unresponsive. Removing the power supply and turning on again does not fix this issue. The manual indicates that the rapidly flashing red light indicates that the unit requires a service.
    I have contacted Bowers and Wilkins who have said that they no longer support this model and can offer no repairs – they did mention that the issue may be caused by a faulty capacitor or soldering if that helps. It's a great speaker so I do hope that you are able to fix it!
