The device turns on when switched on at the plug and the light goes green. The device then flashes up BT, followed by V79, followed by ON in a continuous loop. The device is unresponsive when pressing buttons on the remote. The device doesn't play sound.
If feels like it needs resetting and I've trying the unplug and leave for a while but this hasn't helped. Do you have any ideas how this can be fixed/repaired as it's not even 3 years old.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
