    I am currently updating my Cyrus system. My Amplifier has been updated by Cyrus (DAC 82 QXR) and this has one PSX-R2 power supply which is good (just repaired by Cyrus). I am also selling a Cyrus CDi and another PSX-R2 as now, these are surplus to requirements. I sent these to AV.Com for sale/part exchange. They accepted the CD player and have paid me, but refused the power supply (PSX-R2) saying "Suspicious/concerning liquid new power input on input. Potential hazard. Cannot be tested". I'm not sure what any of that means. It is now being returned to me. My question is "Do I throw it that power supply away; or do I have it repaired and then sell it". It seems that I could get £500.00 ish for it when repaired on ebay (less costs). If I returned it to Cyrus, there would be a flat fee of £330.00 for a service/repair (as I have just paid for it's stable-mate). I wonder what your price would be and what my options should be?
