The machine works only on one headphone unless I jiggle about with the Headphone socket. I know that's it's only problem.
I bought it secondhand as I can't get the hang of modern MP3s and I have 4 of them.
TO START THE MACHINE YOU HAVE TO PRESS THE TOP LEFT BUTTON AND CONTINUE TO PRESS IT AS THE SCREEN STARTS OFF GREY THEN GOES OFF FOR A COUPLE OF SECONDS THEN TURNS BLUE. I am used to this and don't consider it a problem.

Instructions on how to proceed were clear & easy to follow, and upon deciding to go ahead I was provided with a shipping label etc. Upon receipt of my headphones a final quote for work required was provided and an estimate of date of return. My headphones were shipped back to me fully repaired and 2 days ahead of original schedule.
