      • The device has been dropped and has a few dents in the mesh covering on the body. It is totally unresponsive whether connected to the charger or not (none of the buttons produce any response). It is not discoverable to any other bluetooth devices, probably because I can’t switch it on. Do you think it is worth sending it for investigation / repair?
