The volume is stuck on "VOL MIN". All the buttons work on the device and remote, I have tried it in different modes, tried turning the volume up on a device when plugged in like my mobile etc, but for some reason I cannot adjust the volume off min. I have even tried the WL Reset by holding down mute and following that process and also un-plugged the sound bar from the mains power.

As the DVD player sound surround system was around 20yrs old I was surprised that Electronic Partners were able to undertake a repair and give us many more years service of our system meaning no wastage of all the other perfectly good parts such as the speakers. EP also met my need in delaying the return postage until a time that I was able to be at home to receive the DVD player.
